Stephane Rogovsky is an advisor and entrepreneur with cross-industry experience in banking, business transformation, governance advisory, entrepreneurship, and M&A. Originally from Brussels, he has lived in Geneva, Istanbul, Johannesburg, and Cape Town, and moved to Dubai in August 2025, where he now works internationally.
He began his career in the financial sector, holding senior operational roles at Euroclear, Deutsche Bank, and Lloyds Banking Group, focusing on governance frameworks, restructuring, and cross-border operations. He holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
He later founded a leading influencer marketing agency in South Africa and was twice recognized globally as a Top 50 expert in the field. Today, he focuses on strategic advisory, governance consulting, VC portfolio advisory, and M&A activities.
