Sahar joins Transworld’s Financial Due Diligence (FDD) team as a Transaction Diligence Advisor, expanding her expertise into transaction advisory, buy-side and vendor due diligence, and cross-border engagements across the GCC and MENA region.
Prior to Transworld, Sahar worked in the wealth management divisions of leading Canadian banks, managing discretionary portfolios exceeding USD 1 billion and contributing to strategic asset growth initiatives. She is a CFA charter-holder with deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and investment analytics, and has advised a diverse client base—from SMEs to institutional acquirers—on complex transactions.
She holds a BA in Economics and Sociology from Simon Fraser University, along with certifications in advanced investment advice and derivatives from the Canadian Securities Institute.
