About Transworld GCC Transworld GCC is a leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory firm operating across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). We help business owners buy and sell companies in the UAE and the wider Gulf, backed by one of the largest inventories of businesses for sale in the region.
The Role: M&A Advisor We are looking for self-starting, entrepreneurial M&A Advisors based in the UAE. This is a client-facing business development role focused on middle-market deals. It is a remote, commission-only contract position with on-target earnings (OTE) of around $100,000 per year.
What You Will Do
- Source, identify, and win business buying and selling mandates across the GCC.
- Run deals independently through the full pipeline, from first contact to completion.
- Conduct business valuations and market analyses.
- Lead negotiations and deal structuring between buyers and sellers.
- Advise clients throughout the M&A process.
- Build relationships with clients, lawyers, accountants, and other stakeholders.
- Track industry trends and market conditions across the GCC.
What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in business brokerage, M&A, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong grasp of financial principles and business operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, ambitious, and self-driven.
- Ability to manage multiple deals at once and work independently.
- An entrepreneurial mindset.
- You must be based in the GCC.
