About the Role
Transworld Business Advisors GCC is looking for an experienced Deal Execution Lead – Buyer Relations to join our Matchmaking and Deal Execution team in Dubai.
This role is responsible for managing qualified buyers after NDA signature and driving opportunities from initial interest through meetings, indicative offers, LOIs, due diligence, and closing.
The ideal candidate combines strong buyer-management skills, transaction experience, commercial judgment, and disciplined CRM execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of buyer relationships immediately after NDA signature.
- Conduct CIM walkthrough calls and maintain a structured follow-up process.
- Assess buyer seriousness based on proof of funds, acquisition rationale, decision-making authority, and transaction timeline.
- Arrange and attend buyer-seller meetings, site visits, and management presentations.
- Coordinate buyer questions and information requests with analysts and senior advisors.
- Maintain momentum through clear timelines, next steps, offer deadlines, and structured follow-ups.
- Support the negotiation of indicative offers and headline transaction terms.
- Manage a clean handover to senior advisors for LOI negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
- Maintain accurate buyer stages, activities, qualification scores, and next actions in HubSpot.
- Build and maintain a database of active GCC buyers, including family offices, HNWIs, holding companies, and strategic acquirers.
- Report weekly on buyer activity and NDA-to-meeting and NDA-to-LOI conversion performance.

Candidate Requirements
Must-Have
- 5–8 years of experience in UAE or GCC business brokerage, mid-market M&A advisory, corporate finance, or transaction-focused business development.
- Proven experience personally progressing transactions from buyer interest to signed LOI or SPA.
- Strong ability to identify serious buyers and filter out unqualified prospects.
- Confident communicator by phone, online, and in person.
- Comfortable presenting CIMs, discussing valuations, handling objections, and requesting offers.
- Understanding of NDAs, CIMs, indicative offers, LOIs, asset sales, share sales, earn-outs, and seller financing.
- Strong CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
Strongly Preferred
- Arabic fluency.
- Existing relationships with active GCC family offices, HNWIs, holding companies, and strategic buyers.
- Experience working with buyers in the AED 5M–100M transaction range.
- Experience with owner-managed and SME transactions across sectors such as F&B, healthcare, industrial, and services.
- Knowledge of UAE transaction requirements, including trade licences, lease assignments, visas, and licence transfers.
