Role Overview
As a Client Success Associate at Transworld Business Advisors GCC, you will be a key player in ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience throughout the pipeline. You will be responsible for engaging with clients from the initial stages, collaborating with various teams (Advisors, Operations, Marketing), and utilizing tools like HubSpot to drive success in deal progression, client communication, and pipeline management. You will also play a vital role in increasing the conversion rate, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients, including cold calling and re-engaging leads that haven't responded.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Communication
- Conduct initial client calls to understand their needs and introduce the services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are informed and updated on the progress of their transactions.
- Coordinate communication between clients, Advisors, Operations, and Marketing teams.
Cold Calling & Lead Follow-Up
- Proactively cold call leads to introduce services and generate interest.
- Follow up with non-engaged leads, ensuring consistent communication and re-engagement efforts to move them through the pipeline.
- Address any concerns or questions from leads, aiming to reignite their interest in the services.
Pipeline Management
- Manage and update the client pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with Advisors to move deals through the pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Monitor and improve the conversion rate across the pipeline.
- Design, implement, and optimize email sequences and workflows within HubSpot to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Lead Enrichment & Data Management
- Enrich client and lead data, ensuring that all client interactions are logged and categorized appropriately.
- Ensure that all client details, conversations, and progress are meticulously recorded within the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Metrics
- Regularly report on pipeline performance, including key metrics such as conversion rates, follow-ups, and overall client engagement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the client experience based on pipeline data and engagement patterns.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Support
- Collaborate with Advisors, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth deal execution and client satisfaction.
- Act as the main liaison to bridge communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
Follow-ups & Client Retention
- Ensure that clients are followed up with in a timely manner, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or offering additional services to existing clients based on their needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Cold calling experience, with the ability to effectively engage and nurture leads who may be initially uninterested or unresponsive.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and reporting.
- Organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to design and manage email sequences and workflows in CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset for tracking and improving pipeline metrics and conversion rates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
